Home Matters Caregiving specializes in providing 24/7 live-in care for the elderly so they may continue to enjoy the comfort of their own home. Our clients need assistance with homemaking, personal care, medication assistance, and transportation.
We strive for excellence both in the care of our clients and in the relationships we have with our caregivers. We offer our caregivers competitive wages, benefits, and retention bonuses for full-time employees. Additionally, our caregivers receive ample training from our Nurse and Occupational Therapist. This training includes online, in person, and on-the-job, modalities.
We are looking for caregivers who are reliable, proactive, and flexible, and who use good judgment. A sense of humor is also great!
This job requires the following:
- 6 months prior caregiving experience
- Willing and able to work a MINIMUM of 2 live-in shifts (48 hours total)
- The ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- A valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- CPR/1st Aid certification
