Communicating with appropriate warehouse personnel concerning customer shipments.
Managing the creation of pick tickets, account forecasting and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), as well as routing and invoicing.
Maintaining costumer satisfaction cards.
Analyzing account information, historical data, sales trends and patterns.
Summarizing multiple pieces of information into one format for easy reviewing.
Working with internal planner/buyers on sales forecast to ensure product availability.
Monthly review of account status.
Weekly meetings with Supervisor.
Other duties as required.
